5.3 Refunds

Payments for featured listings are generally non-refundable, unless due to a technical error or service interruption caused by aliriz.biz. In such cases, users can contact support within 7 days of purchase to request an investigation.

5.4 Misuse and Fraud

Any misuse of promotional features (e.g., attempting to manipulate visibility unfairly or posting prohibited content as featured) may result in the ad being removed and the user account being suspended. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
